2) A hard copy of the signed indemnity form
3) A hard copy of your transaction receipt (if you have paid via bank transfer or i-Banking etc.)
4) Your NUS matriculation card for verification purposes (if you have one)
5) Your 1-Star certificate and a signed swimming declaration form (if you have signed up for categories that involve kayaking)
If you would like a representative to collect your race pack, please sign the Letter of Authorization and have your representative bring it on the race pack collection day.
You will receive your race bib, exclusive LNP09 singlet, and goodie bag as promised!
